If I don’t answer my phone, it’s usually because of one of five reasons (see HOME). Leave a voice mail and I’ll get back to you within the hour.

I’m not rich enough to have a smart phone so I’m still getting by with my 2003 Star Trek-style flip phone. That simply means that I don’t receive text mail on my phone, I don’t receive or answer emails on my phone, I don’t surf the Internet on my phone.

Since all I have is a cell phone, and their voice mail systems aren’t as reliable as I would like them to be, if you don’t hear back from me within an hour, call again because it simply means that your voice mail is lounging around in Paris or London or somewhere.

So far I haven’t had a problem with emails taking the day off, so if you email me, I’ll get back to you as soon as I get back to the office, usually within four hours, certainly no more than eight hours.
