My appliance package is FREE with my PREMIUM and TECH inspections. Clients requesting other services may purchase my appliance package in combination with those other services for as low as $199; price is dependent on the number of appliances at the property.

Included in the appliance package are pictures of the appliances, manufacturers’ names, model numbers, serial numbers, and pages for information about new or additional appliances and equipment. There are safety and maintenance tips concerning those appliances, and you can record service or maintenance data and information as well.

The appliance package usually does not include personal property (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.) and non-standard systems (water modification systems, central cleaning systems, etc.), but there are ten extra pages so that you can enter the appropriate information about those.
